Return/Refunds Policy

We will only respond to emails during office hours Monday to Friday.
NEED TO RETURN YOUR FULL PRICE ITEM?
return to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately cannot offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
However, we do offer store credit which works better for a small business.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take returns on underwear, swimwear or body suits.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
Please allow up to 10 days for the process of your return / credit / refund. We aim to process within this timescale
SALE & CLEARANCE items are sold at a low price on a non returnable basis, agreed with you prior to purchase.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEM?
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
